Alabama’s unemployment rates for the month of May have remained steady since April’s continued decline in the number of jobless individuals throughout the state.

According to recent reports from the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics, Alabama’s rates improved in April and remained at a stable 4.4 percent throughout May.
