Shay Weldon and Shelby Nobles were married under a cloudy sky last year in June; they had fought the rain off all day, she said. However, the memories made, especially when a torrential rainstorm started during the reception, provided a great story for the two of them plus their 450 family members and friends in attendance.

Shay and Shelby have known each other for years. Both graduated from Wetumpka High School and both attended Auburn University-Montgomery. When he proposed, they knew they wanted their wedding to be unique, not like all the others they had attended, and the search began for the perfect place.
