Case No.: CV-2026-900243.00 ORDER OF NOTICE BY PUBLICATION A Complaint having been filed in the Circuit Court of Elmore County, Alabama, on or about June 18, 2026, averring that the Defendants are a tract of land situated in Elmore County, Alabama and parties that are unknown to the Plaintiff which have or may have an interest in said land. Any person having claim to the below described property located in Elmore County, Alabama, shall make said fact known by filing with the Clerk of the Court and serving upon J.C. Webb IV, Esq., 10380 Holtville Road, Deatsville, Alabama 36022, an Answer to the Complaint within thirty (30) days of the last publication of this notice or a judgment by default may be entered against you. The subject tract of land, as described in the Complaint is as follows: Part of the SW 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of Section, 8, T18N, R21E, Elmore County, Alabama; commence at the Inter W line of the S ROW County Road 86; thence E 520' to the point of beginning; thence E 210'; thence S 210'; thence W 210'; thence N 210'; to the Point of Beginning, containing 1 acre more or less. More particularly described as follows: Commence at the concrete monument purported to the SW corner of the NE 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of Section 8, T18N, R21E, Elmore County, Alabama; thence South 84 deg. 05 min. 17 sec. West a distance of 663.08 feet to a 1/2" rebar capped Martin CA-563-LS, on the South Right of Way of Burt Mill Road (60' Row), and the Point of Beginning. Thence along said Right of Way of said road, along a curve to the left, said curve having a radius of 1028.44 feet and a chord of South 78 deg. 11 min. 49 sec. West a distance of 210.01 feet to a 1/2" rebar capped SD Martin, 11726; thence leaving said Right of Way of said road, South 03 deg. 21 min 41 sec. East a distance of 209.95 feet to a 1/2" rebar (SD Martin); thence North 78 deg. 12 min 38 sec. East a distance of 210.00 feet to the Point of Beginning. Said parcel containing 1.02 acres, more or less, and lying in the SW 1/4 of Section 8, T18N, R21E, Elmore County Alabama.
