The Rum Row Schooner is a variation on the classic Old Fashioned. The cocktail is made with Kirk and Sweeney 18-Year-Old Rum, Jack Rudy Aromatic Bitters and Demerera Simple Syrup.

Kirk and Sweeney 18, which is named after a wooden schooner known for smuggling rum from the Caribbean to the U.S. during prohibition, is crafted in the Dominican Republic from raw sugar cane and aged in American oak casks for 18 years.
