(The Center Square) – U.S. Sen. Amy Klobuchar, D-Minn., notched her party's nomination in the race to replace Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz on Tuesday. Klobuchar's Republican competitor is yet to be determined at the time of publication. 

Multiple media organizations called the Democratic primary for Klobuchar shortly before 8:30 p.m. central time. She had 90% of the vote with 11% counted.
