How in the world does a coach with as much experience as Mario Cristobal allow his team to make a colossal blunder like they did losing to Georgia Tech Saturday? All they had to do was kneel on the ball in the final seconds and they win, but they handed off, fumbled and lost. I honestly don't know the answer to the question. This loss will either haunt him for his entire tenure at Miami or they will put it behind them and make the Playoff at some point. I'm guessing the former.
I love playoff baseball because the intensity of every pitch is ratcheted up tenfold. However, the new playoff structure may need to be revisited soon.
