The Georgia Bulldogs defeated the Auburn Tigers 27-10 in Athens, Georgia, on Saturday night to bring Gus Malzahn’s record against the Bulldogs (as offensive coordinator and head coach of Auburn) to 0-6 in games not played in Jordan Hare Stadium.

The outcome was déjà vu all over again with the Tigers unable to muster any offense after the first quarter. In the six straight losses, Auburn has not scored an offensive touchdown after the first quarter in any of those games. One might figure an offense would get lucky and accidentally score a touchdown in the 18 possible quarters not labeled first, but they would be wrong.
