The Tallassee softball team has continued to create success on the field, sitting at 10-6 overall before the start of area play this week.

Last week, the Tigers played two tough teams in Montgomery Catholic and Wetumpka. Tallassee took the win over Catholic, 5-1, with a strong offensive performance despite some defensive mistakes. The Tigers’ starting pitcher Kam Tate was back in the circle, earning the win with seven strikeouts and two walks, surrendering just two hits and one run.
