A lengthy law enforcement operation in Tallassee came to a conclusion Tuesday. It resulted in about a half a pound of marijuna and illegal weapons taken off the streets and three men arrested.

Tallassee Police Department Lt. Jon Rawls said the Tallassee police officers were joined by deputies from the Elmore County Sheriff’s Office and members of the Tallapoosa County Drug Task Force to execute a search warrant on Log Circle Tuesday.
