Last school year, it seemed Reeltown High School’s Marching Rebel Pride was always on the move. The band went to Auburn, Birmingham and eventually Orlando, Florida, to the Make-A-Wish Global Conference to honor late student Melody Jackson. But for the band members, all the travel reminded them home is special.

A press release announced HOME as the band’s 2026 competitive production. The three musical selections for the performance are “Sweet Home Alabama,” “Welcome to the Black Parade” and “Take Me Home Tonight.” It also stated the production celebrates what Reeltown truly is: a celebration of people, traditions and a community that make students proud to represent it.
