Former Tallassee coach, athletes to star in Tuskegee docuseries

Before you know it, more Tallassee natives might be making their mark on the national stage. Tallassee’s former soccer coach Matt Tarpley took on the job of starting up Tuskegee University’s men’s soccer program, marking the introduction of the growing sport to the historic university. Tarpley recruited former Tallassee soccer stars Rush Wright and Lewis Moseley to join him in Tuskegee in the Golden Tigers’ inaugural season. 

This chapter in the university’s long and storied history will be documented from start to finish in a new docuseries, produced by veteran TV writer and producer Brian Egeston.
