Glass non-renewed as principal at Tallassee High

Cliff Williams / TPI Tallassee High School principal Drew Glass was at the front of the homecoming parade in October. Tuesday night the Tallassee Board of Education voted to non-renew Glass’ contract as principal of the school for the next school year.

There will be a new principal at Tallassee High School next school year.

Current principal Drew Glass is not being retained after his contract expires this summer. The decision was finalized after a Tallassee City Schools Board of Education meeting decision Tuesday night.
