(Carmen Rodgers) The Mt Vernon Theatre is hosting “Elvis & Company” on Saturday, Sept. 7, as a fundraising event for the historic theatre. Kenneth Loomis, as “Elvis”, will present a two-hour concert, with intermission, featuring over 25 of Elvis Presley’s favorite hits and gospel songs.
(Carmen Rodgers) For this special fundraising performance, set for Sept. 7, Loomis has invested in an authentic handmade Elvis jumpsuit, much like Presley wore in his 1970s concerts.

The Mt. Vernon Theatre will host “Elvis & Company” Sept. 7 beginning at 7 p.m. as a fundraising event for the historic theatre located at 321 Barnett Blvd. in Tallassee.
