The Reeltown football team finally got the chance to rest its legs and heal its wounds after a gnarly start to the season. Yet even still, the Rebels walked out of their first five games of the season with a 5-0 record, and almost a near-perfect result through that stretch as well.

Through the first four games of the season, Reeltown kept the opposition off the scoreboard completely, but after the team’s most recent 27-20 win over Class 2A Region 4 opponent Dadeville, that streak came to an end.
