A string of illegal breaking and entering vehicles early Monday is being investigated by the Tallassee Police Department.
According to a Tallassee Police Department Facebook post, investigators are looking for an unidentified male subject that broke into five cars between 2 and 4 a.m. Jan. 26. The alleged offenses occurred in the areas of the 200 block of Dorman Avenue, 400 block of Herd Street, 300 block of Jordan Avenue and 200 block of Ashurst Avenue.
