Truckin’ Tuesdays coming to Tallassee

The Tallassee Area Chamber of Commerce is bringing a little fun to both sides of the Tallapoosa River. Truckin’ Tuesdays will start Tuesday, Sept. 16 in the downtown greenspace in Tallassee.

“We're testing the waters to see how it'll go the first time,” Tallassee chamber director Carmen Rodgers said. “We need the public’s help to make it successful. If it goes well we will have the next one on the Tallapoosa County side of the river either at city hall or the library. We want to include the entire community.”
