I usually put out some "ridiculously early" predictions in April or May, but this year I happened to be otherwise occupied. With that being said, I decided to replace early with outlandish and keep the tradition going. The Auburn baseball season came to an unceremonious end over the weekend and things are going to be pretty quiet until August. We are now only 11 weeks from the start of the college football season, so I dusted off my old crystal ball and peered into the future. This is what I saw.

1. This will be the final year for USC and UCLA in the Pac-12 and the final year for Oklahoma and Texas in the Big 12. Texas defeats Baylor in the Big 12 title game and USC defeats Utah in the Pac-12 title game as they both win one final title on their way out.
