Everyone has always taken a liking to Kevin Thompson’s smoked meats.

Barbecued Boston butts, ribs and even wild game are favorites of family, friends and co-workers. Thompson even purchased a trailer to cook from. But it was time consuming and hard to determine if he needed 10 racks of ribs or a 100.
