On Thursday night, the Elmore County Panthers faced a big challenge very early in their season. They took on the Wetumpka Indians in Eclectic, losing 73-50. 

But the final score was not a fully accurate depiction of this Panthers basketball team and what it is capable of this season. The Indians came in with confidence, a stacked roster and expectations of a state title run.
