File / TPI The Elmore County Panthers are looking for redemption this season, after losing to Beauregard in the first round of the area tournament last season.

Last season, the Elmore County Panthers fell to Beauregard in the first round of the area tournament. It was a huge disappointment for the Panthers, as they’d beaten the Hornets twice before losing to them when it mattered most. 

This year, ECHS boys basketball coach Nathan Taylor is determined to put Elmore County in a position where that won’t happen again. That starts with the team, which has been determinedly improving since playdates this summer.
