After losing the last six games, the Stanhope Elmore’s boys basketball team finally got back in the win column, beating Tallassee 61-41 on Thursday night.
“We feel good,” Stanhope Elmore coach Austin Moncus said after the game. “We’ve been doing a lot of the right things. We just haven’t seen the numbers on the scoreboard. We’re kind of in a sport where we have to learn how to win games.”
