Children ranging from infants up to adults stood near the Wetumpka Municipal Airport tarmac in awe of the airplanes which were ready for takeoff Saturday morning during the annual fly-in.
Everyone’s eyes grew wide as the propellers on these planes began to whir and the wheels began to turn as they taxied onto the runway getting ready for their voyages.
