After collecting its third-straight win, Stanhope Elmore prepares to battle Russell County for the top spot in AHSAA Class 6A Region 2. Stanhope Elmore is 4-1 overall and 2-0 in the region.

The Stanhope Elmore Mustangs are hot, coming off their third-straight win against Smiths Station last Friday night. They defeated the Panthers in a dominant offensive performance, 35-21, despite not having their starting quarterback Davis Foshee. 

This week, the Mustangs face their biggest challenge of the season so far. They prepare to battle the leaders in AHSAA Class 6A Region 2, Russell County, in Seale this Friday night.
