The Wetumpka Indians have continued their success this season, chasing another AHSAA Class 6A state title with its talented team. The Indians (11-1) have turned that success into a 10-game win streak through the first three weeks of the season.

Wetumpka picked up five of those wins at its annual softball tournament, hosted by the Indians at the Wetumpka Sports Complex. Through a two-day tournament, Wetumpka faced – and defeated – five top-level opponents from around the state, including Southside Gadsden, Moody, Curry, Handley and Ariton.
