If you were to ask Benjamin Russell coach Josh Williams which of the tournaments the Wildcats were gonna drop, he more than likely would have said Lake Guntersville. And to add insult to injury, the Benjamin Russell fishing team saw a fog delay to push back their start time.

Normally, that could have been the difference maker — but not for the Wildcats. They took home the first place in the tournament, beating out Vestavia Hills and Briarwood Christian for the top spot.
