Tallapoosa County engineer Joseph Moncrief explained how the county maintains roads and bridges with a limited amount of funding during Alexander City Chamber of Commerce's State of the City and County Tuesday afternoon.

Moncrief spoke to a group of businessmen, elected officials and other community leaders during the State of the City and County event, hosted by the Alexander City Chamber of Commerce, Tuesday afternoon at First Baptist Church of Alexander City.
