Moose Road has been heavily traveled over the last year due to the construction being done on Highway 63. Moose Road connects Elkhatchee Road with Highway 63 past the construction zone, and because of this travel, the road has become “beat up,” according to Tallapoosa County commissioner John McKelvey.

But on Monday, the commission voted to help that.
