The Horseshoe Bend and Dadeville volleyball teams were both coming into Wednesday with multiple games under their belt. The Generals were coming off two wins, one over Reeltown and another over Ranburne. All the while, Dadeville also added a win over Reeltown through the same span.
So heading into Wednesday night, it came down to who would not let the sluggishness of the week overcome them. And even with one more game under their belt, it was the Generals who redeemed themselves from an earlier regular season loss to Dadeville, winning 3-1 over the Tigers.
