ACPD officers’ achievements recognized

Family and friends of some of Alexander City’s finest gathered in the municipal courtroom Thursday evening as the officers were recognized for promotions or outstanding service.

“I’m proud of them. They do a fine job, and in these situations, they went above and beyond,” Alexander City Police Chief Jay Turner said.
