The Alexander City Police Department is investigating a June 9, 2024, shooting that involved three victims, one of whom sustained fatal injuries. Police are requesting the public’s help and are asking anyone with details or information regarding this fatal shooting to please come forward.
According to a CrimeStoppers press release, police and medics responded to Benson’s Community Center, located at 2774 N. Central Ave. in Alexander City, in reference to a shooting around 12:30 a.m. Sunday, June 9.
