The Alexander City 12U All-Star softball team is officially World Series champions, and the girls are bringing the title back to their hometown.

The 12U All-Stars have spent the last several days in Brandon, Mississippi, and ultimately defeated Satsuma in back-to-back games Saturday night to claim the World Series title.Â
