A Montgomery County jury has awarded a $2.6 million verdict for the personal injury and wrongful death of a career concrete plant maintenance worker. 

On May 23, 2025, the jury handed down a plaintiff's victory in this contested liability case. Morris Haynes Attorneys at Law partners Jeremy Knowles and Randy Haynes brought the case to a jury following a $100,000 settlement offer from the defense.
