Beverly Price to retire as Alex City Schools' superintendent

Last Friday, Dr. Beverly Price notified the Alexander City Schools Board of Education of her intent to retire effective May 31.

In an email announcement, Price stated, “I have really enjoyed my tenure with Alexander City Schools, the relationships we have built, the lives we have touched, and the impact we have made on the future. Each of you has touched my life in ways that you will never imagine. I know that in the years to come there will not be a day that goes by that I don't think of my days at ACS.”
