There are many things that make Alexander City a unique small town — one of them being the Wellborn Musclecar Museum. Throughout the year, visitors and locals visit the museum to see vintage race cars and other one-of-a-kind vehicles. However, every five years, a special group of people make a pit stop in Alexander City.

As part of the 2024 Aero Warrior Reunion, more than 100 visitors came to Alex City. The 55th reunion started Wednesday when the group got to ride the Atlanta Motor Speedway. On Thursday, the group made its way west to spend the day in Alex City. The reunion will end in Talladega where the group will spend two days at the Talladega Superspeedway.
