The Dadeville City Council approves the redistricting map draft. From here, a final version will be created followed by a public hearing and council vote on whether to accept the map or not.

The City of Dadeville is in the process of applying for a sidewalk grant and, with local elections coming up next year, is drafting a new district map.

The sidewalk grant would be for sidewalks along East Lafayette Street to Hewstien Street. The council approved a resolution for Civil Southeast to prepare and submit the grant application to the Alabama Department of Transportation.
