City officials look to stop vandalism of street signs

Across Alexander City, crude, spray painted-words and designs can be spotted on street signs.

Is it graffiti, artistic expression, the marking of territory or wannabe-gang tagging? Local officials say it’s probably a little bit of all of the above.
