Harvesting time is upon us and there’s plenty of things folks can do with any extra herbs.
One happens to be making herbal vinegars, which can be used for salad dressings, marinades, dips and more. The Tallapoosa County Extension Office hosted a herbal vinegar workshop this Tuesday to teach individuals about growing herbs and how to safely make herbal vinegars.
