Officer Alexander Ware is now a sergeant with the Dadeville Police Department.

During Tuesday’s city council meeting, chief Jonathan Floyd recognized Ware and the impact this promotion will have on the department as well as Ware. Floyd said this is a promotion well-earned and already Ware has been a mentor to other officers.
