David Wyckoff announces intention to run for mayor

After putting out some feelers last week and being pleased with the outcome, David Wyckoff has officially announced his intention to run for mayor of Alexander City.

“I believe in a brighter future and  potential for our community. Therefore, I have decided to run  for mayor of Alexander City,” Wyckoff wrote in an emailed statement. “I see the hard work of families, the dedication of local businesses, and the resilience of every individual who calls this city home. But I also see the challenges we face — challenges we must confront together.”
