A Tallapoosa County Grand Jury indicted Justin Kyle Hutcherson on Friday on 61 counts involving an investigation into the possession of child pornography.
“After hearing testimony, the grand jury returned indictments on 61 counts against Mr. Hutcherson,” Fifth Judicial Circuit District Attorney Jeremy Duerr said. “They include 12 total counts of production of obscene matter, 12 total counts of possession of obscene matter, 16 total counts of aggravated criminal surveillance and 21 total counts of tampering with physical evidence.”
