The Alabama Department of Revenue has revised requirements for the renewal of manufactured home decals, according to Revenue Commissioner Linda Harris.

The state department of revenue issued a memorandum Dec. 20 that redefined the definition of business transactions, stating the registration and issuance of decals for manufactured homes “are no longer considered business transactions for the purposes of Section 30” of the state’s immigration law.
