The man accused of the kidnapping and gruesome double murder on County Road 34 was not supposed to be in the United States.

Jose Paulino Pascual-Reyes, 37, is accused of killing Sandra Vazquez Ceja, her son under the age of 14 and holding captive Ceja’s 12-year-old daughter who escaped Monday morning.
