Coosa County sheriff Michael Howell has gotten some once-in-a-lifetime training, and he’s bringing it home to make the county a safer place.

Selected to participate in the National Sheriffs’ Institute Leadership Development Course, Howell joined 23 other sheriffs from across the country for training at the FBI Academy.
