Ivy Creek Healthcare CEO Mike Bruce reflected on the effects COVID had on rural hospitals as well as how Lake Martin Community Hospital managed during the April 15 mass shooting. 

During the Dadeville Kiwanis meeting last Thursday, Bruce explained one thing that is important to understand about the state of rural healthcare is COVID caused revenue to go dramatically down while salaries went up.
