June 14 was declared a day of defiance by the No Kings organization.
In a statement, No Kings said this demonstration is meant to be “a peaceful stand against authoritarian overreach and the gross abuse of power this Administration has shown.” Indivisible Lake Martin was the local organization that held a No Kings People’s Rally on Saturday outside of the Tallapoosa County Courthouse square.
