The Alexander City Police Department is asking for anyone with information on a potential hit-and-run earlier this month to come forward. 

The incident occurred about 1:49 p.m. July 2 when the department received a call about an elderly woman who was struck by a pickup truck while walking in the parking lot of the Mill Square shopping center, according to ACPD captain TJ Tuck.
