For decades, the Russell Retail Store anchored the corner of Highway 280 and Elkahatchee Road. Generations have grown up working in No. 1, No. 10 or No. 9.
To pay homage to the history of Alexander City, Russell Medical renamed the store “The Mill Two Eighty.”
