The Alexander City School Board adopted Tuesday night a policy that would require any student coming to the Alex City system after being suspended or expelled from another system to satisfy the suspending/expelling board’s requirements of the student’s suspension or expulsion before being admitted to Alexander City Schools.

The board passed the policy by a unanimous vote with all board members except David Sturdivant in attendance.
