State Rep. Ed Oliver addressed the Tallapoosa County Commission Monday morning concerning funds coming to Tallapoosa County through the Rural Health Transformation Act and the passing of Senate Bill 269, which helps rural ambulance services.

SB 269 has passed the Alabama Legislature and is waiting for Gov. Kay Ivey’s signature.  If signed, it will take effect Oct. 1.
