After several weeks of learning about nutrition, the students of the Alabama Extension office Right Bite nutrition program ended the four-week class by building healthy charcuterie boards.

The class, hosted by the IHOPE Program in partnership with the Goodwater Youth Development and Recreational Center, had about a dozen participants. The nutrition class was taught by Extension agent Regina Meadows.
