After several weeks of learning about nutrition, the students of the Alabama Extension office Right Bite nutrition program ended the four-week class by building healthy charcuterie boards.

Two participants of the Right Bite nutrition education series design a healthy charcuterie board during the last class at the Goodwater Youth Development and Recreational Center.

The class, hosted by the IHOPE Program in partnership with the Goodwater Youth Development and Recreational Center, had about a dozen participants. The nutrition class was taught by Extension agent Regina Meadows.
